Wailoo is sold as monthly recurring subscriptions through Paddle, our merchant of record. The terms below describe when we issue refunds.
1. 7-day refund for unused subscriptions
If you purchase a paid plan and have used 5 or fewer conversations within 7 days of the charge, we will refund the full amount on request. Email [email protected] from the address tied to your Wailoo account.
2. Cancelling an active subscription
You can cancel anytime in your account or through the Paddle billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not pro-rate refunds for the current month once usage exceeds the threshold above.
3. Billing errors
If you were charged in error — duplicate charge, charged after cancellation, or an unauthorized payment on a card that is not yours — we will refund in full. Contact [email protected] immediately.
4. Annual plans
Wailoo currently sells monthly plans only. If we introduce annual plans in the future, refunds for unused months will be pro-rated.
5. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle (our merchant of record) to the original payment method. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us first — we resolve nearly every refund request within one business day. Filing a chargeback before contacting us slows things down for both sides.
